I decided I'm going to train to run 5K. Jason and I ran in Race for the Cure this year, but we didn't train for it. Bad idea! So I'm going to try again. This time I'm going to train for it. A friend of mine told me about c25k and I'm going to do that program with a podcast that times your intervals. Now that it's out in the open I hopefully with follow through. Wish me luck!

Yes!!! Good for you!! I've been meaning to do this as well...I always seem to have an excuse. Maybe I'll use you as my motivation.

Okay...you have inspired me. I just downloaded the "week one" podcast. Not sure when I'll start but it sounds like something I'd like to at least give a go.
